When you visit this website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser used. These data ensure secure operation and are deleted within seven days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us by email or telephone, your details are stored to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data are deleted once they are no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention requirements apply.

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. No data are shared with third parties for advertising purposes. A cookie is only set when technically necessary: when you change the language using the language menu or log in to the administration area as the operator. This is a session cookie with a random identifier that retains your chosen language or login during your visit and is deleted when you close your browser. It is not used to recognise or track you. No third-party cookies are set. Storage is strictly necessary for the service you have requested (Section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG); processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent via a cookie banner is therefore not required.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxemburg; the server is located in a data centre in Ireland (EU, region eu-west-1). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Embedded content and external links
Films are served directly from this website. No third-party content is embedded.
The “Open in Google Maps” link on the contact page leads to Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland). The map is not embedded: no data are transmitted to Google when you visit this website. Google Maps only opens in a new window when you click the link; Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies from that point onwards. This website's address is not transmitted to Google when you click the link.
Transfer pages
Files and images I provide to you via a transfer link are stored with Amazon Web Services (Ireland region, eu-west-1) and deleted when the link expires. Favourites and comments you leave on a transfer page are associated with the link and visible to anyone who has it; providing a name is optional. These details are deleted along with the transfer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, please contact the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
