Whether in a workshop, production hall, office or on company premises, I take time to get to know the people and their workflows. Often, particularly interesting images emerge when the camera fades into the background and people return their full attention to their work.
My compact equipment allows me to move freely and unobtrusively on site. This lets me observe and photograph situations without unnecessarily disrupting normal routines.
From portraits to production halls.
Employee portraits, teams, workflows, machinery, architecture and products in context: I photograph the different aspects of your company. Depending on the brief, aerial photography adds a view of buildings and premises.
The choice of subjects depends on your company and the intended use of the images – from your website to your corporate brochure.
The eye makes the difference.
A good photo takes more than just equipment. Camera position, perspective, framing and light determine how we perceive a subject.
Sometimes a few steps or a different camera height can fundamentally change the impact of an image. I deliberately seek out these perspectives and focus on what matters through the viewfinder.
From capture to finished image.
After the shoot, I provide you with a selection of images. You can mark your favourites and leave comments, which I take into account during editing.
I carefully edit the selected images. Colour, contrast and mood receive as much attention as composition during the shoot.
One Leica M.
Four prime lenses.
After years of working with SLRs, medium format, view cameras and digital backs, one camera remains: the Leica M11-P. 60 megapixels, a rangefinder, no automatic settings that make decisions for you. Working with prime lenses means moving instead of zooming, and looking more closely.
The result is a restrained, precise look with detail in highlights and shadows. And the M11-P signs every shot with Content Credentials: an image’s origin and editing history remain verifiable in the age of AI.
